Return Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@4ingoco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Because we work quickly to prepare and ship your order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
